Mission Statement

Our association's purpose in founding our charter continues to be "To promote learning and understanding to property owners as well as all other interested parties in the improvement of Sabattus Pond's Watershed.  Also to protect the fish and wildlife habitat in the surrounding area for environmental and recreational purposes.

We are a non-paid group of volunteers that meet monthly throughout the year and have a number of ongoing work projects for the improvement of water quality.  This includes lakeshore vegetation to prevent and/or correct erosion problems.  As you can note, we,

therefore, have no time for politics as we attempt to reach our goals in mutual unison.
